Property Management is not just about collecting rent, it’s also about providing a comprehensive professional service to you the property owner and building a profitable relationship.

We have built up a Property Management portfolio that has enabled us to streamline our services to property owners. If you own rental property or are considering purchasing a rental property, or if you have a need to rent your own home, we provide the following management services:

  • Thorough agreement preparation (at no cost to you).
  • Ensuring that the tenants are well informed as to what is expected of them under the Tenancy Agreement.
  • Prompt rent collection with strict arrears control.
  • Property inspections at regular intervals to ensure its continued well being (no charge for inspections).
  • Collect a bond and forward it to Tenancy Services.
  • Organise repairs and maintenance according to your instructions. For major repairs we will obtain quotes for you and get your permission before the work is carried out.
  • Provide you with monthly/yearly computerised rent statements for your accounting records.
  • When the property becomes vacant, ensure it is left in good order before signing the bond release. We then re-let to the owners specific request.

(3) All information provided by me on this application is true and accurate, and that I have read and understood the Privacy Act Statement below.

(4) Upon acceptance of this application, I confirm that we have checked out the location and presentation of their property.

(5) I authorise any person or company to provide you with information that may be required to determine my suitability as tenant.

(6) I consent to you providing any information on this form and any details of any proven breach of my tenancy or of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 to any credit bureau, tenant default database or prospective owner'(s).

(7) I agree to pay and clear all initial monies up front. I understand that my tenancy can be canceled if the full monies are not paid and cleared by the tenancy start date. I understand that all deposits are non-refundable.

(8) Once your application has been accepted along with your deposit, then you are deemed to have agreed to the start date, terms of tenancy and fees as will be entered into below table.

This application collects personal information that is held and used by this agency.

The information is collected to assess your suitability as a tenant and provided to credit bureaus or tenant default companies should a tenancy breach occur.
Your information will be publicly accessible where you have the right to access and correct any details in accordance with the Privacy Act.

NB: If you fail to provide the necessary information that we may require, then your application may be declined.
